EVESHAM teenager Cassey Watson returns to the track on Saturday when she will be hoping to put the disappointment of Brands Hatch behind her.

Watson will be in action at round seven of the Saxmax Championship at Silverstone.

After qualifying fifth on the grid, Watson held her position until two laps from the end when the car behind went for an impossible overtaking move sending her spinning into the grass.

Unfortunately, this meant the loss of ten points and saw the Vale driver slip from third to fourth in the championship.

Any one interested in witnessing the next stage of this exciting championship for 14-17-year-olds at the Northamptonshire should take a trip to watch what is always thrilling.

Look out for the Evesham ace in car number 72 - the one with the pink tiger! You can also pop into the pits and take a close look at the car and chat with the young driver.

Practice is at 10.40am, qualifying at 12.20pm and the race starts at 4.15pm.
