KIDDERMINSTER Golf Club young guns Craig Richardson and Anna Rock are in the frame for a trip to Dubai after impressing at a junior competition.

Richardson, 15, and Rock, 17, shot 65 and 76 respectively in the qualifiers for the Daily Telegraph Junior Golf Championship 2006.

Each regional heat winner from clubs across the country joins a national leaderboard with the best gross scores qualifiyng for the 54-hole stroke-play final.

They will learn early next month if their scores at their home course are enough to clinch a place at the final at Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club in October.
