COTSWOLDS musicians and songwriters are preparing for an acoustic show at Guiting Power Village Hall this Saturday.
The Guiting Power Acoustic Festival has been organised to showcase local talent that exists in the field of acoustic music.
Bob Middleton, who is helping organise the event, said: "There is a sense of musical adventurism and originality and to celebrate this, we have scoured the open mic nights and bars, late-night jams and gigs to collect a group of gifted songwriters and performers for your listening pleasure.
"Whether it be folk, country, blues, jazz or rock that you like, all are represented here, with a focus on original, self-written material. So, if you are looking to experience something new, but also familiar in a way that will compel you, come along to Guiting Power Village Hall at 1.30pm until late."
