HARRIERS striker Dean Sturridge is in line for a recall to the team as boss Mark Yates ponders a formation change for the visit of early Conference leaders Weymouth.

Tomorrow's visitors have won all three of their outings so far this term since clinching the Conference South title last year.

Yates employed a 4-5-1 formation in Harriers' last two games -- a 1-1 draw at Burton and a 1-0 win over Northwich -- but switched to a 4-4-2 for the final half-hour against Northwich.

In that re-shuffle, midfield newcomer Dwane Lee was sacrificed for Sturridge and Yates was impressed with the improved attacking options the new system offered.

Although Yates has not yet revealed his squad for tomorrow, he hinted Sturridge might have earned a recall.

Lee could be the one to make way again, despite the manager insisting he has been pleased with the former Barnet midfielder's contribution.

He said: "Deano gave us an extra dimension when he came on because we just needed to get hold of the ball a bit better.

"I thought two up front would give us a better chance of scoring more goals and we should have done because we created a lot more.

"Deano was terrific and did everything but score."

Yates added: "Dwane breaks things up, keeps it simple and does a good job.

"We know that if we get him a little bit fitter we'll have a player on our hands but it's a fine line between giving him games and resting him."

Harriers full-back Jeff Kenna is a doubt against Weymouth as he is struggling with a hamstring strain.

Yates is determined to make it up to the Aggborough faithful in the first home game since Harriers crashed 3-1 to St Alban's City on the opening day, but he is wary of the threat posed by the Terras.

"We owe the supporters a good performance after St Albans," he said.

"It will be difficult because Weymouth are flying at the moment and their manager Gary Hill will be confident that they can mount a challenge.

"They're a good side with a big budget and decent support so they will be looking to keep this good start going.

"But we've started to turn things round in the past two games and we're more concerned about imposing our own game on them."
