FORMER Redditch United defender Andy Smith is set to make a dramatic return to Studley.
The experienced right back had been part of the coaching staff last season before switching to Midland Alliance rivals Malvern. The summer saw Smith head to Southern League outfit Evesham United but Bees boss Kevin Rowlands has managed to bring him back.
Studley were set to play Racing Club Warwick last night before heading to Oadby on Saturday (ko 3pm). They host Oldbury United on Tuesday (ko 7.45 pm).
l AFTER bowing out of the FA Cup 2-1 to higher league Bedworth United at the weekend - with Keith Rostill on target - Alvechurch will hope for better luck in the FA Vase on Saturday (ko 3pm).
Church will host Nottinghamshire outfit Shire-brook Town after last night's planned trip to Cradley Town.
Shaun Cunnington's side visit Barwell on Tuesday (ko 7.45pm), providing the Vase tie does not need a replay.
The Lye Meadow side were undone at the weekend by an 82nd-minute winner from the Southern League visitors.
