THE Worcester office of estate agents Knight Frank has invested in two experienced negotiators to help with its expanding business.
Shelley Stephenson is a local girl, having been born into a farming family from Hallow and was educated in the county before going to university in Bristol. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having completed her professional exams 10 years ago. Over the last 10 years she has been working in Oxford for a leading country house estate agency. She will specialise in the sale of rural and city properties throughout Worcestershire.
Peter Edwards has been working for Knight Frank’s Country House Department in London and has specialised in the sale of prime country houses and estates in the south of England and Channel Islands. He moved to Worcestershire after his marriage to Savannah, daughter of Georgina Britten-Long of the family from Wichenford, Worcestershire.
Mr Edwards is now involved in the sale of prime country homes in the county and is based at Knight Frank’s head office in London.
While Miss Stephenson joins Will Kerton and George Pickard in the Worcester office, Peter Edwards will join Rupert Sweeting and Bruce Tolmie-Thomson focusing on the prime country home market in Worcestershire.
