WE were blessed with splendid spring weather for the society’s show on Saturday, April 10, and the Community Hall shone in a golden glow of the daffodils at their best after the long cold winter.
It was a pleasure to welcome again our old friend Janet Godwin and her husband, and to be reminded of the society’s early history.
The president Dr Barrie Williams and Mrs Williams were also present and congratulated the show’s organising committee on staging such an excellent event and particularly the exhibitors for their devoted work in producing such fine end products.
