PUPILS have met the people behind Droitwich firms to find out how they are coping with the recession.
The Worcester College of Technology A-level business studies pupils heard from Mike Davies, of Churchfield’s farms, David Ardron, general manager of Supra, and Martin Brewer, of Comcount.
The event was part of research about the impact of the recession on businesses for the exam this summer.
Lecturer Richard Morris said: “I would like to thank all the businesses who gave them a ‘real’ picture of the recession.”
The students also visited Worcester City Council to learn about the recession.
