STORY-TIME is being celebrated at a children’s centre in Evesham tomorrow.
Worcestershire County Council’s Orchard Vale Children’s Centre and Evesham Library are celebrating National Share a Story month.
A story-time session is being held between 2.30pm and 2.40pm tomorrow.
Staff at Orchard Vale will be taking along puppets, books and masks to encourage children and families to join in. Karen Green, manager of the Orchard Vale centre, said: “Listening to stories and reading regularly to your child has many benefits, stimulating their imagination, improving their listening skills and concentration.”
Story-time sessions are run every Wednesday afternoon at Evesham Library, with the children’s centre joining in once a month.
