STAFF at a Worcestershire animal charity shop held a traditional English summer tea party for visitors to enjoy.
The Blue Cross shop in St Andrew’s Street, Droitwich, was decorated with bunting and staff welcomed customers with dainty old crockery and flowers on tables.
The event, to help raise funds for the charity, is part of the organisation’s national tea party scheme and is being supported this year by celebrity gardener Alan Titchmarsh.
All the money raised will go towards helping sick and homeless animals cared for at Blue Cross hospitals and adoption centres.
