AN intrepid trio from Worcestershire have pedalled all the way from London to Paris.

Ian Stobart, aged 49, Neil Davies, 34,and Clive Britton, 45, who all work for CP Foods in Hartlebury, near Worcester, cycled 300 miles to raise money for Breast Cancer Care.

The ride started in the capital on Thursday, and finished yesterday under the arches of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Mr Stobart said before the event: “None of us have ever undertaken anything like this before, but we’re hoping to raise a good amount.”

Mr Britton said:”We decided to donate funds from this ride to Breast Cancer Care as each of us has been directly affected by the plight of the disease. Breast cancer is now the most common cancer in the UK and any support we can offer we know will be put to good use.”
