MILLIONS of people around the country should be receiving letters from HM Revenue and Customs today, telling them if they're winners or losers in the latest tax blunder.
It is thought that up to six million people have been affected, with the majority of those having paid too much. The good news is that they could receive a refund of an average £418.
But the bad news is that the remaining people will have to pay an average of £1,428 next year because they haven't been paying enough to HMRC.
