MEMBERS of the emergency services can have a wild day out this month, in celebration of their achievements.

This month, heroes from the police, ambulance, fire and lifeboat service, along with the armed forces, doctors, nurses, paramedics and coastguard are all invited to West Midland Safari Park during their Hero Month.

Members of the services will benefit from reduced admission and wristband prices. Admission for heroes will cost £7 for adults, £6.50 for children and senior citizens every day in September (with the exception of September 18, when the park is fully booked).

Children under three are admitted free and a multi-ride wristband costs an extra £8.25 per person.
