BEER aficionados will be raising their glasses with the publication of the latest guide to the region’s best breweries and pubs.

The 2011 CAMRA Good Beer Guide contains a host of new pubs from Worcestershire and 90 new entries in total.

This year’s additions are: The Round of Gras, at Badsey; the Admiral Rodney, at Berrow Green; the Great Malvern Hotel, Malvern; Morgan in Malvern; The Star Inn and The Wyche Inn, both in Malvern; The Pheasant Inn, at Welland and The Firefly, in Lowesmoor, Worcester.

There are now 363 pubs in the regional guide to the best boozers in the West Midlands, which offer a broad choice of real ales, ciders and perrys offering the best bet for drinkers.

All the pubs are selected by CAMRA members based on quality.

The guide also includes the region’s best breweries.
