Dangerous driving charge denied
A MAN has denied driving a van dangerously on a country road in Worcestershire.
Christopher Ward, aged 55, of Old Hill, Flyford Flavell, appeared before magistrates in Worcester where he denied the charge.
The alleged incident happened on the Stratford Road (A422) between Flyford Flavell and Upton Snodsbury, east of Worcester, on July 2 last year.
Liam Finch, prosecuting, said the incident allegedly involved Ward driving a Volkswagen van close behind a female motorist, then alongside her on the wrong side of the road and also driving at her head-on after overtaking her.
Ward will appear again at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, April 7.
