A well-travelled T-shirt hitched a ride to a Worcester clothes store to raise money for Comic Relief.
Staff from the TK Maxx store in Kidderminster cycled to the branch in Worcester with the Red Nose shirt, before they carried it on to its next stop in Cheltenham.
The aim is for the T-shirt to travel round all 220 stores in the country on its fund-raising tour.
“We decided it was a bit far to cycle to Cheltenham so five of our staff members took the shirt on the train and then walked.
"We raised about £40 in a bucket collection along the way and the staff from Kidderminster raised about the same so we were very pleased,” said Debbie Herbert, customer services adviser at the High Street store, who is also doing a skydive for the charity.
Staff are joining in with other projects including face painting, putting messages on red nose stickers in the shop window and throwing wet sponges at the manager with the aim of raising more than £20,000.
TK Maxx raised more than £3million last time for Comic Relief.
