THE mysterious world of fairytales was brought to life as youngsters dressed up as their favourite characters in a magical end to a half-term.
Children from St Joseph’s Catholic Pre-School in Chedworth Drive, Warndon, Worcester, had fun making gingerbread men, building castles, playing in the Three Bears Cottage and eating porridge as they delved into the pages of fairytales.
Princesses, elves and fairies were just some of the strange creatures and creations brought to life by the children at the school on Friday before they broke up for the halfterm holiday.
The pre-school’s manager Alex Lloyd also wore fancy dress for the occasion and is pictured with youngsters Thomas Gnyla, Clara Raxter, Mia Guinan and Lewis Marron.
