CREATIVE students from Worcester sixth form college showcased their work at an art and design exhibition.

Worcester Mayor David Tibbutt and Mayoress Jane Tibbutt were among visitors to the event which was organised by art, design and media students.

David Davies, managing director of DJD Group architects, who is a link governor to the college’s art and design department, also visited the show.

Mr Davies selected some of the work to display at the firm’s office at St Oswald’s Road, Worcester.

Jules Steed, head of the art and design department, said: “The standard of this year’s show is particularly high with a very wide range of excellent work on show.

“I would like to thank the students for their hard work in achieving another successful year.

“I am sure the mayor and David Davies were impressed by the commitment and energy of the students, as well as the quality of the work on show.”
