A MOTORIST who was so high on drugs he fell out of his car onto the road when a concerned passer-by opened the door has been disqualified from driving.
Andrew Hill, aged 21, must also complete 70 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12-month community order and stay indoors between 8pm and 6.30am for three months.
Hill, of Truro Gardens, Ronkswood, Worcester, previously pleaded guilty to driving while unfit through drugs and possessing a class C drug at Worcester Magistrates Court.
As your Worcester News reported on Tuesday, Hill’s blue Ford Fiesta braked suddenly on the A38 on Saturday, July 2, forcing drivers behind to swerve around it.
He was also found with a very small amount of ketamine in his wallet.
In interview, he told police that he had taken the drug earlier that day and was driving to work.
Hill was disqualified from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £85 costs.
