WORCESTER Wolves go in search of a revenge mission tomorrow (4pm) as they look to keep their British Basketball League Trophy hopes alive.

The University of Worcester-based side head for Plymouth Raiders looking to avenge last Saturday’s 85-62 home defeat.

The loss to the Devon outfit means Paul James’ men are clinging on to the hope that they can reach the semi-finals of the Trophy with two group matches remaining.

But, having only faced the Raiders last week, Wolves’ director of basketball knows he will have to change things this time around.

“It’s not a problem facing the same side again,” he said.

“We will look at doing some things differently in order to find out what is going to be the most effective way for us to maximise what we have as a team.”

Although disappointed with the overall performance against Plymouth, James felt there were positives to take from the defeat.

He added: “We had them in a little bit of foul trouble which was good.

“I don’t think we changed the way we played in the second-half, but it was more to do with the way the game was called.

“If at all possible, we have to learn as a team how to adapt to the way the game is being called play-by-play.”

The Wolves boss may look to change his starting five at Plymouth with Spanish guard Carlos Fernandez fully fit again after a side strain.
