DO you know this man? Then tell the police and let justice be done.

We reproduce his picture today in a bid to finish what we started last month when we highlighted the vandals who defiled the Worcester Racecourse marquee.

Yesterday we reported how two of the three people who carried out disgusting acts there had faced their punishment in court.

They had handed themselves in to police and admitted urinating, defecating and causing criminal damage in the marquee. Both have been ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work and pay £700 in compensation to the racecourse.

They were of previous good character and said they were mortified, humiliated and embarrassed by what they had done.

The footage shows the third vandal entering the marquee between 7am and 7.45am on Thursday, September 29, nearly 24 hours before the other two went into the tent.

The man is seen defecating on the carpet, wiping himself on a tablecloth then breaking a CCTV camera.

Worcester Magistrates Court was told he has not yet been identified.

Jenny Cheshire, hospitality manager at the racecourse, is backing our calls for the offender to be tracked down and dealt with.

She said: “We won’t tolerate vandalism at the racecourse.

"Justice has been done as far as the two people who have been in court are concerned and a line can be drawn under their case.

“But as far as the third culprit is concerned we would like that person to be brought forward as well.

“The message we want to get across it that we have got these cameras, they do work and we will identify people.

“By having the cameras for the past five or six years the vandalism has significantly reduced, which shows their purpose and value.

“They have been a very good investment for us.

“At the end of the day we would rather them not have done it, as I’m sure they do as well, but at least we haven’t had to pay for the damage.

“It was just a completely pointless act.”
