A special Christmas tree drew the crowds at a Worcester shopping centre last week when staff from Severn Trent dropped in to deliver a winter message. With another cold spell just around the corner, the water company is urging people to take steps now to ensure their pipes do not freeze this winter. Staff gave shoppers advice and handed out leaflets to remind them how important insulating pipes is as winter sets in.
