THE prestigious Brockencote Hall Hotel was the venue for the latest I Will wedding show, attracting more than 160 brides and grooms plus their families and friends.

With its French-inspired architecture and idyllic location in Chaddesley Corbett, Brockencote is well established as one of the finest hotels and restaurants in the county.

A marquee in the sumptuous grounds played host to more than 25 exhibitors showcasing everything from catering to photography.

Brides-to-be had the opportunity to browse and try on a huge selection of dresses and accessories from local boutiques, while all visitors enjoyed a complimentary glass of prosecco courtesy of Majestic Wines of Stourbridge.

Another highlight of the show was the arrival of Sir Peter Rigby, owner of the Eden Group which recently acquired Brockencote, who made quite an entrance when his private helicopter landed on the lawn.

Exhibitor Sarah Greenhouse of Classic Marquees, who supplied the marquee for the show, was particularly pleased with the day.

She said: “This was the first time I Will had held a show at Brockencote so we weren’t sure what it would be like – but I’m glad to say it was a great success.

“There were plenty of visitors, the hotel staff were kept very busy and all the exhibitors seemed really happy.”
