SIR – Could you please let the proprietors of our local petrol stations know that I had a lovely day in Shrewsbury at the weekend.
Not only is it a lovely town but I drove there by car knowing that my petrol tank was low on fuel.
However, before heading homewards, I was able to fill up my tank at 5p a litre less than at similar petrol stations in Worcester.
It does add to the pleasure of a day out knowing that I can avoid paying the high price for fuel that Worcester petrol proprietors charge.
