HAVE you seen these bikes?
Police have released the photos of two bicycles stolen from a garage in Worcester in the hope they can be found and returned to their owner.
The bikes, worth a total of £750, were taken between 2.30pm on Saturday, March 31, and 11.30am on Sunday, April 1, after the lock of a garage at a property in East Street, near Sansome Walk, was deliberately broken.
One of the bicycles is a light blue Apollo woman’s mountain bike with front suspension.
The other is a black and red Carrera Vengeance mountain bike with white wheel trim, white saddle, white and black handle bars, specialised pedals and front suspension. PC David Wood from Worcester police station said: “If you have bought one of these bikes in all innocence, believing it to be a legitimate sale, then you should do the right thing and contact us.
“The bikes need to be returned to their rightful owner and the police need to bring those responsible for stealing them to justice.” Advice on home security can be found on the West Mercia Police website at westmercia.police.uk under the Advice Centre section, or from a local police station.
Anyone with information can call PC Wood on 0300 3333000, quoting 298-S-010412 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
