PUPILS have been taking a look at the wilder side as they handled exotic and unusual animals.
Inquisitive youngsters at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School and pre-school in Chedworth Drive, Warndon, Worcester, got the chance to handle giant rabbits, sugargliders, bearded dragons, corn snakes, a chinchilla and a coatimundi.
A school spokeswoman said: “The children were excited and fascinated by the variety of creatures and really enjoyed the experience.”
The animals were brought in courtesy of Animal Mania.
