TWO year eight pupils completed the Three Peaks Challenge in 23 hours to raise £4,000 for Midlands Air Ambulance and a new sports hall for their school.
Abigail Cunningham and Callum Brayshaw, both aged 13, and pupils at St Richards School, Bredenbury, took part in the challenge which involves climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon – ideally in 24 hours or less.
The walking team was also made up of their fathers and games teachers Di Morgan and Greg Harwood.
