THE Market Theatre in Ledbury is hosting two film screenings in the first half of next month.
The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel will be shown on Wednesday, September 12 at 10.30am and the title hotel is supposed to be India’s answer for the UK’s most elegant retirees.
An all-star cast, including Judi Dench, Bill Nighy, Dev Patel, Tom Wilkinson and Maggie Smith, find themselves on a comic, romantic and poignant adventure centred on the not quite ready building.
We Need to Talk About Kevin follows on Friday, September 14 at 8pm, finding Tilda Swinton leading the cast in a thoughtful and deeply disturbing film directed by Lynne Ramsey.
It will be followed by an after-film discussion.
