IF you go down to Hallow this week, you’re sure of a big surprise.
For residents in the village near Worcester have created an amazing array of teddy bear scarecrows for the fifth annual competition.
Following the Olympics, Tour de France and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, many of the 30 bears have sporting or regal themes – including Beardley Wiggins and Bol-ted (as Usain Bolt).
The bears are displayed throughout the village and people can pick up a teddy trail map from Ladygo stores or the post office.
People can also vote for their top three bears in the categories of home-made and bought bears.
The trail runs until Saturday, when the winners will be announced at the horticultural show at the parish hall from 2pm.
