A PENSIONER has been airlifted to hospital after falling down stairs at a Worcester hotel.
Midlands Air Ambulance were called to the Ye Olde Talbot in Friar Street after reports of an elderly lady falling down stairs.
The lady, who is believed to be in her 90s, was airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham suffering from head injuries.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said the call came in just after 4pm.
An ambulance, rapid response vehicle and community first responder all attended the scene, while the helicopter landed at Pitchcroft.
