A man has appeared in court on a rape charge

THE man involved in a rooftop incident in the city centre has been charged with rape and is set to appear at the crown court later this month.

Jordan Fitzpatrick of no fixed address and aged 22, appeared today at Worcester Magistrates Court where the charge of raping a woman, aged 16 or over, was read out to him.

He was remanded in custody to appear at the city’s crown court later this month.
