Man dies after car hits wall

A PENSIONER has died after his car crashed into a wall in Worcester.
Fire crews were called to Moor Street at around 3pm yesterday afternoon after a motorist had smashed into a wall of the car park to the Moor Street Clinic, near the Swan Theatre.
Police and ambulance also attended the incident, but the driver, who was in his 70s, was declared dead at the scene.
Several people nearby had to be treated for smoke inhalation as a result of the crash after smoke started to pour from the wheels.
Residents have described it as "tragic".
