FINE weather brought hundreds of people to an open studios exhibition near Malvern.
A wide variety of craftspeople displayed their creative talents at Blue-ginger in Cradley, featuring everything from ceramic works to paintings and jewellery to paper craft.
Sue Lim, owner of Blue-ginger, said: “We were delighted that our local marketing has paid off well so far. A lot of effort went in to producing and promoting a local art trail and map for this area of the county.
“This year eight participating venues from Worcestershire and East Herefordshire are offering our h.Art visitors the chance to enter a prize draw to win a basket of Herefordshire goodies, by collecting a sticker from each of the eight venues from Bransford to Bishops Frome.”
At the weekend batik artist Marie-Therese King showed visitors how to create bright and colourful batiks using dyes and wax on fabric.
