A WORCESTER artist who makes sculptures out of sugar has delivered her latest commission. The appropriately named Heather Sweet created these two angels for a same-sex wedding celebration held in Kent on Saturday. She said: “The sculptures are 100 per cent unique, no one in the world makes the same.” Heather is preparing to share some of her secrets with sugar modelling and cake decorating classes next month. A four-week beginners’ class at her studio in King Fisher Close, St Peter’s, runs from Monday, October 1, and an intermediate course starts on Monday, October 29.
