THREE fire engines from Worcester and one from Droitwich were sent out after a fire was reported at a factory in Worcester.

The call came just before 1am this morning from JVM Castings, Droitwich Road.

The crews found an extractor fan on the roof on fire and dealt with it using hose reels. The fan was taken off the roof and the crews used thermal imaging cameras to search for hot spots before the incident was declared over.
