DONE IT: Peter Bryant
A BRAVE fund-raiser took the plunge and abseiled down a 100ft building to raise money for Acorns Children’s Hospice.
Peter Bryant, of Worcester, joined 50 other volunteers to abseil down the tower of Three Brindleyplace in Birmingham, which raised £7,000 for the charity.
Mr Bryant, director of Route Two and vice-chairman of the Chartered Institute of Builders, said: “I’ve helped organise a quiz, barbecue and raffle for Acorns but this was my first abseil. It felt fine.”
