A MAN needed hospital treatment after being assaulted and robbed in Bromsgrove town centre.
A 49-year-old was approached by two men at 2.15am this morning, (August 29), in High Street.
He was then attacked, being pushed to the floor, bitten, punched and kicked.
Police were called at 4.50am and the victim had suffered significant injuries, requiring hospital treatment.
His bag, containing his mobile phone and passport, was stolen in the street robbery.
Two men, aged 24 and 25-years-old, were arrested and are in custody.
