HEREFORDSHIRE landowner Harry Cotterell, a former president of the Country Land and Business Association, has joined rural property experts Fisher German as a consultant. Mr Cotterell, who lives at Garnons, near Hereford, will be helping the firm better understand the economic and political issues which affect their clients’ land and business to hopefully put the firm and its clients ahead of the game.
Richard Sanders, senior partner of Fisher German, said: “We are delighted that following Harry’s two years in office at the CLA, he has now agreed to join us. His perspective on policy and political intelligence will help us better communicate to our clients and contacts how they may be affected by the political environment. This new partnership is a high tribute to the reputation of our firm.”
Mr Cotterell added: “I am delighted to be joining this excellent firm and I have personally held them in high regard for several years. Fisher German is strong both in traditional land management and in the more technical fields of planning, renewable energy and utilities. I look forward to understanding their business better and getting to grips with this challenging role.”
