A WORCESTERSHIRE solicitors firm has announced the appointment of solicitor Louise Adams in its business services team.

SME Solicitors has appointed Louise, and she brings to the firm extensive experience advising clients on business matters, having acting for a broad range of organisations including small to medium sized businesses, charities, parish councils, not-for-profit organisations and international companies.

Louise, who qualified as a solicitor in 2009, joins from a Kidderminster law firm where she was a partner in the corporate services department.

SME Solicitors is a full service legal firm based in Sansome Walk, Worcester.

SME partner Shaun Owen said: “Louise deals with all matters in a positive and pragmatic way, and is very approachable.

"She understands the importance of providing practical, commercial advice and clients regularly praise her for her negotiation skills and ability to keep a deal together whilst protecting her client’s interests.

"As such she can quickly ascertain her client’s objectives and can assist them in achieving them.”

Louise Adams adds: “As a firm, SME is known for being approachable and forward thinking, which are philosophies that I myself always adhere to.

"I am excited about being part of the SME Solicitors’ team, advising their corporate clients, as well as developing new client relationships.”
