WORCESTER City Centre law firm SME Solicitors has added to the firm’s raft of specialist solicitors with the appointment a new face.

David Denovan-Smith has been appointed to the firm in Sansome Walk within its commercial litigation, dispute resolution and employment departments.

David is an experienced litigation solicitor who has recently relocated to Worcestershire from the South East of England, having worked for 29 years in central London and the Home Counties.

David brings to the SME Solicitors’ team a wide range of experience including commercial disputes, complicated money and debt claims, domestic and commercial property issues and shareholder and unfair prejudice claims.

David has a particular interest and specialism in contested probates disputes involving wills and misuse of powers of attorney and with his previous firm was instructed on the leading Court of Appeal mutual wills case.
