WORCESTER-based central heating boiler manufacturer Worcester Bosch has taken the top spot in a Which? report for the the eighth year running.
Worcester Bosch had the highest overall score of 92 per cent, naming it as the country’s top gas boiler brand.
Worcester Bosch was also the only brand featured to receive five stars from Which? traders when asked if they would recommend the brand to customers.
The report, which saw 9,610 boiler owners and 219 Which? Traders give their ratings, said: "Worcester continues to be the benchmark against which other boiler brands should be judged.
"Its customers also go out of their way to sing its praise - eight in 10 would definitely recommend their boiler to a friend or family member."
Carl Arntzen, Bosch chief executive, said: "The views of our customers and installers are the best form of feedback we can receive, and something we value extremely highly.
"Reliability and quality are such important factors that run through everything we do as a business, so it is fantastic that this is reflected by the comments and satisfaction scores from both the engineers and homeowners taking part in this year’s Which? report.”
