PROMINENT business and public sector leaders will be attending the Worcester Development Plans conference being held a popular city centre venue later this month.

The event, one of the Worcester's largest business events of the year within the property and construction industry, is being held at The Guildhall on the afternoon of Tuesday, January 16.

The event, hosted by Built Environment Networking, will include presentations of ongoing or proposed development plans in the area, and plans for the region’s future.

Speakers include director at Stoford Developments Gerard Ludlow, chief executive at Malvern Hills Science Park Alan White, deputy director of economic development and planning at Worcester City Council Phillippa Smith, head of public land at homes England David Warburton and Stephen Pratt, Land Director and co-Founder of Godwin Developments.

The event will provide an opportunity for those within the industry to gain insight on projects likely to take place within the region, while also giving a platform to debate and discuss issues.
