AFTER 70 years at its office in the village of Dumbleton, near Evesham, land and property agent Fisher German is relocating to Worcester.

The company is moving to larger, modern offices on the edge of the city in Birch Court, Blackpole East Business Park.

Partner Yan Gittins said: "New business park offices within one and a half miles of Junction 6 of the M5 will give the firm an opportunity to fulfil the next phase in its development by doubling the size of the West Midlands team and raising its profile in this important and growing regional centre.

"Worcester stands prominently in the proposed high tech corridor following the A38 from the heart of Birmingham, which the firm regards as an ideal location to expand the planning and development, building design and rural professional services which are a fast growing part of its business."

Modern accessible offices with parking are seen as the future, not only for the firm's well-established rural estate business but also to provide a rural centre advising on the development of farm assets and resources.

The planning, promotion and marketing of farm building conversions and new-build schemes is an important part of Fisher German's business.
