WIGLEY Orchard Caravan Park at Stoke Bliss, near Tenbury Wells, has won the 2011 Hoseasons Diamond Award for the Heart of England for its “exceptional quality and outstanding customer service”.

The Worcestershire park is one of nearly 500 included in the Hoseasons Park and Lodges collection and winners are selected for the award for each region based on feedback collected from customers when they return home after their holiday.

Hoseasons account executive Ellaine Kelly said: “The awards are down to customer reviews, volume of bookings and complaint ratios. It’s a well-deserved award.”

Park owner Brian Griffiths said: “We are really thrilled. We have always tried to adapt our business to maximise customer satisfaction and we are grateful to our staff, who have a vital role to play in producing the holiday experience we provide.

“The critical factors we can influence are that the accommodation is always presented in first-class condition and that every visitor has a personal welcome, so the first impression is right.

“The contributions of our housekeeper Christina Farmer and our receptionist Alison Flynn have been key to the winning of this award.”

Wigley Orchard has let holidays through Hoseasons since 1994 and expects another 500 families for holidays in 2012.
