WORCESTERSHIRE surveyor Nick Jethwa has been appointed project and sales director by long-term clients Gemini Properties.
Having worked together for 15 years, the appointment follows the continued growth of the Gemini property portfolio.
Managing director Andrew Hopkins said: "We are delighted that Nick has accepted the position.
"This will allow us to increase our acquisition of investment and development opportunities, as well as refining our existing portfolio.
"Nick's broad experience in both the residential and commercial sectors will allow us to enhance our appraisal time considering the many opportunities that are available to us."
Mr Jethwa, who has most recently worked with Humberts in Worcester, said: "It is a great compliment to be appointed by a client and I am extremely pleased to join the dynamic team that already exists."
Gemini Properties has also relocated, having moved into refurbished offices in White Ladies Close, Worcester, from its previous offices in Wichenford.
