A PILE of burnt twisted newspapers were left on the step of a porch in Conway, Worcester, on Saturday evening.
The papers were left at some point between 5.15pm and 10.40pm but were discovered the following morning.
Nothing was seen or heard and there was no damage caused to the step or porch.
