PARISHIONERS worked together to read the entirety of the New Testament aloud at Claines Church.
It took a group of 22 intrepid readers 23 hours over the weekend to complete the task.
The 'Big Bible Read' was part of this year's Festival of Churches, which runs across the county, Herefordshire and Shropshire.
A total of £150 that was raised will go towards the upkeep of the church building.
