SAINSBURY'S in Blackpole has teamed up with Fortis Living to help stock Worcester's foodbank.
Shoppers visiting the store can help donate by putting goods in a trolley behind the checkouts, at any point until Thursday evening (September 25).
Community housing group Fortis are supporting the foodbank as part of their communities week which runs this week.
Due to an increase of 56 per cent of people needing food donations, the stock at the foodbank, which helped more than 600 people in July and August, is running low.
Items needed include tinned vegetables and fruit, long life milk and juices, nappies, toiletries and pet food.
A full list can be found on the trolley, which will be collected on Friday morning.
