COUNCILLORS have expressed their concerns about a proposed 81-home development in Broomhall Way, Worcester.
St Peter's Parish Council discussed the matter at a meeting on Monday (July 27).
Members said they were worried about the erosion of green space, limited pedestrian access, traffic problems and a lack of sustainability.
The council agreed to formally submit these issues in writing to the planning authority.
