A THIEF with a distinctive neck tattoo walked out of a library with a pile of DVDs he had stolen.
The man, who had the name "Holly" tattooed on his neck, walked out of St John's Library, Glebe Close, with the pile of movies then ran off in the direction of Dines Green on Thursday.
Another man was waiting outside who was wearing a dark T-shirt with a blue hologram and carrying a small bag.
As well as the distinctive tattoo, the man who entered the library was described was described as around 20 years old, white with short, dark hair.
He was also described as about six foot tall and slim.
The theft took place between 9am and 4.25pm.
